Our approach to workshop design
The core of all our workshops incorporates exercises from proven methods such as Design Sprint, Design Thinking, Service Systems Design, Strategic Management, Innovation, and Behavioral Science. We adapt these methods to suit the specifics of each challenge. Our 5 C’s framework (connect, collect, choose, create, commit), a creative problem-solving framework consists of five key steps: connecting for collaboration, clarifying the problem, finding solutions, selecting and designing the best option, and creating an action plan. This practical tool equips individuals and teams to develop ideas and make informed decisions.
